  • Any genuine operational issues at our end or logistical issues at our delivery partner will be beyond our control.

  • All our orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours from the receipt.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Within Pune City - within 3-5 working days.

    • Within Maharashtra - within 5-7 working days.

    • Outside of Maharashtra - within 7-10 working days. 

  • Delay due to any unusual reasons or circumstances will be beyond our control, so please take a note of it and kindly bear with us.

  • If you wish to cancel your order within first 24 hours, you may please dial in to our number and we shall respect your decision as our valued customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear Customer,

Please note that this is a natural beauty product and we promise to ensure your utmost satisfaction and happiness.

  • We shall take returns and issue refund only if the returned product found to be unused.

  • We shall take returns if proven to be a manufacturing defect.

  • No Return or refund will be possible if reported after 7 days.

  • If you have received a wrong product, reported within 7 days, then we shall exchange the product of your choice.

  • Used product will not be refunded or exchanged.
